Our hotel design and construction department is headed by Jasmine St. Clair, Vice President of Design and Construction. Jasmine has more than 15 years of project management experience in hotel industry at nationally known hotel companies such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, La Quinta, Bristol Hotels & Resorts, Remington Hotels & Resorts and most recently with Omni Hotels & Resorts. During this time, she has been responsible for managing the franchise design & construction development, new product development and improvement plans (PIP’s) on conversions, and change of ownership / repositioning at numerous hotels and resorts. Additionally, she spent time in the purchasing project management role for one of the premier hospitality purchasing companies, Purchasing Management International in Dallas, where she managed one of their primary clients, Meristar Hotels & Resorts as well as new Westin hotel development for Beachwood Development in Fort Worth, Texas.
Jasmine graduated from the Texas A&M University in College Station, TX with a degree in Environmental Design at the School of Architecture. In addition, she has expanded her knowledge by continuing her studies with graduate course work in Construction Management at Texas A&M University. She currently resides in Colleyville, Texas with her husband and two sons.
