Inn Place Hotel Brand ManagementInnPlace Hotels membership has been created to meet the needs of lenders for independent hotels and hotels going through a transition.This membership-based temporary hotel brand solution enables our clients to maintain hotel operations during a brand transition, without committing to a long-term franchise. Upon notice, the brand can be operational within a week and identified on all major channels within 30 days. Fees are lower than all traditional brands because there are no marketing fees, brand reward program or national sales teams to offset.

  • No transfer, termination or liquidated damage fees after 90 day term
  • No Property Improvement Plan (PIP), Deficiency List or Punch List required upon conversion – only life safety items must be addressed
  • Low monthly flat fee

 

Initial Membership Fee Includes:

  • Facilitate de-identification of previous brand including completion of their required checklists (this fee does not include hard costs of signage removal, rebranding amenities, collateral, etc.)
  • Process name change with all internal and external sources
  • Implementation of property management system

 

Implementation of Reservations Platform Includes:

  • Online booking engine
  • Facilitation of agreements and submission to all of the major GDS systems
  • Facilitation of agreements and submission to all of the major online travel agencies
  • Webpage development within the master Innplace website including:
  • Content review and search engine optimization enhancement
  • Search Engine submission/Local Search Engine Submission
  • Meta Tag/Site Structure architecture

 

Monthly Membership Fee Includes:

  • Corporate oversight and maintenance of PMS, CRS, GDS, and OTAs
  • Monthly webpage fees including:
    • Search Engine Optimization
    • Text edits for hotel promotions
    • High quality linking and directory submission
    • Hosting
