Lori comes to Prism after a distinguished 23-year career at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts – a company noted for their Food and Beverage excellence. One of the many operations positions she held included serving as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage for 120 Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. She has completed 12 hotel openings and 7 renovations in her career and continues to bring her global vision to each new project.
Lori’s extensive experience brings fresh perspective and creativity to new restaurant concepts while keeping them market-appropriate and focused on bottom-line returns to Owners. She has demonstrated a commitment to bring locally sourced food, environmentally safe practices and supporting the community to her workplace. A native of New Jersey, Lori graduated Rider University with a B.S. in Business Administration and has continued her education in Hospitality during the course of her career.
