Michael provides creative marketing support to the field through designing custom digital and print collateral as well as email campaigns. Michael works alongside the Director of Sales, Revenue Manager, and Brand eCommerce Manager to strategize and execute effective ROI projects. He is also focused on improving our properties’ online reputations and rankings through SEO and social media platforms.
Michael began his career in hospitality as an Executive Lounge Concierge at Hilton San Francisco Financial District. Over the course of five years he quickly became promoted to Executive Lounge Manager and then Front Office Manager of the 543 room hotel, before transferring to the Sales Department as Marketing Manager. Michael graduated with a degree in Physics from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA, and currently resides in Dallas, TX.
